This store is intended only for customers outside Germany, the EU and the EEA. Orders from Germany, the EU or the EEA are not accepted. If such an order is placed due to a technical error, we may cancel and refund it before shipment.
For customers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not consumers resident in an EU member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the EU/EEA, no German/EU statutory right of withdrawal is granted through this store. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the customer's country of residence where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

Voluntary return requests / freiwillige Rückgabeanfragen
Return requests for eligible items can be submitted by email to info@sls-bartel-shop.de or through the Shopify customer account return request function. A return request is not a statutory withdrawal declaration and does not create an EU/German withdrawal right.
Returns require prior approval. Items must be unused, unworn, clean, complete and returned with their original tags and packaging where applicable. Unless we shipped a wrong or defective item, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs, customs fees, import duties and taxes connected with the return.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs, customs fees, import duties and taxes are not refunded unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the return is caused by our error.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us at info@sls-bartel-shop.de as soon as possible if an item is wrong, damaged or defective. We will review the case and provide the next steps.
